  1. White Port:

    • Serve it ice-cold at 39°F (4°C).
  3. Tawny Port:

    • Aged in wooden barrels, Tawny Port develops nutty flavors and a beautiful amber hue.
    • Common flavors include caramel, raspberry, hazelnut, cinnamon, clove, and fig.
    • Enjoy it cool at 50-58°F (10-14°C).
  4. Ruby Port:

    • Young and vibrant, Ruby Port bursts with intense fruitiness.

Tawny Port Styles:

  • Standard: Lighter with citrus flavors and less sweetness.
  • Reserve: Aged for 7 years, bold with nutty flavors and sweetness.
  • Tawny: Basic Tawny aged at least 2 years, minimal nuttiness.
  • Colheita: Special Tawny from a single harvest year, released after 10 years.
  • 10 Years: A blend with at least 10 years of barrel aging, often with raspberry and cinnamon notes.
  • 20 Years: A blend with at least 20 years of barrel aging, featuring caramel and cinnamon flavors.
  • 30 Years: Smooth and nutty, aged for at least 30 years.
  • 40 Years: Very nutty, with soft butterscotch and vanilla notes.

Ruby Port Styles:

  • Quinta do Folly 1983 Vintage Port: A vintage Port from 1983.
  • Ruby: Affordable, sweet, and fruity, meant to be drunk young.
  • Reserve: Premium Ruby Port, similar to vintage but meant for youthful enjoyment.
  • Late Bottled Vintage (LBV): Aged 4-6 years, same quality as vintage but meant to be drunk young.
  • Vintage: A single vintage Port aged 2-3 years before bottling, best after 20-40 years.
